Fan favorite Fox host missing from mornings — but her next move is even bigger than expected

Kayleigh McEnany is getting her own spotlight and Saturday mornings just got a lot more red, white, and Fox.

“Saturday in America” is coming

Starting September 20, the former White House press secretary and current Outnumbered co-host will debut Saturday in America with Kayleigh McEnany, a brand-new two-hour block airing Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET on Fox News.

The show promises deep dives into the week’s biggest headlines, all delivered with Kayleigh’s signature mix of clarity and conviction.

“I am thrilled to host ‘Saturday in America with Kayleigh McEnany,’ launching on @FoxNews from 10am-12pm ET on 9/20,” the mom of three posted on X. “I also look forward to continuing as a co-host on @OutnumberedFNC on weekdays! Thank you @FoxNews for the opportunity to bring America news & analysis each Saturday morning!”

Familiar faces, fresh roles

The weekend line-up revamp doesn’t stop with Kayleigh.

Veteran Fox News correspondent Griff Jenkins is officially joining Fox & Friends Weekend as its third co-host, alongside Rachel Campos-Duffy and Charlie Hurt. Jenkins, who’s covered everything from Middle East conflict to U.S. border issues since 2003, brings decades of on-the-ground experience to the curvy couch.

Meanwhile, political power duo Peter Doocy and Jacqui Heinrich will co-anchor The Sunday Briefing, launching September 21 and airing Sundays at 11 a.m. ET. The new show will spotlight the Washington beat from all angles: domestic, global, and everything in between.

It’s a big moment for both anchors. Doocy recently welcomed his second child with wife and fellow Fox correspondent Hillary Vaughn, while Heinrich is newly engaged to Pennsylvania congressman Brian Fitzpatrick, after a romantic proposal in France.

“He’s strong, a man of faith, and brings me closer to God,” Heinrich told reporters of her fiancé. “He makes life brighter.”

Tomi, Joey, and a “Big Weekend” ahead

Another major shift? The Big Weekend Show is expanding, now airing Saturdays and Sundays from 5 to 8 p.m. ET with a revamped hosting panel.

Tomi Lahren and Johnny Joey Jones will co-anchor the extended edition, joined each week by two rotating panelists.

“I am beyond pumped for this new weekend role,” Lahren posted. “And especially excited to be working with my longtime friend Johnny Joey.”

A graceful goodbye

After 12 years at the helm of MediaBuzz, longtime host Howie Kurtz is stepping down to focus full-time on media analysis across the network. His final show airs Sunday, September 14.

“I’m extraordinarily proud of the program, which was number one for over 12 years and built a loyal audience that liked our down-the-middle approach of contrasting viewpoints and tackling sensitive subjects, with great independence, but time marches on,” Kurtz said after the announcement.

Kurtz will remain a fixture at Fox through his Media BuzzMeter podcast, regular digital contributions, and on-air analysis.

A new era for Fox weekends

“As we expand and innovate our weekend programming, we are proud to bring our audience unrivaled depth and expertise,” Fox News Media President & Editor-in-Chief Jay Wallace said. “This new dynamic roster underscores our continued commitment to delivering incomparable coverage, reinforcing FOX News Media as the leader in both news and opinion content.”

With new shows, new timeslots, and some very familiar faces, the network’s weekend slate is getting a serious refresh and fans have a lot to look forward to this fall.
