Rob Reiner & Michelöe Reiner found dead – 911 dispatch audio revealed
TMZ has released chilling 911 dispatch audio, in which a firefighter called for backup to Rob Reiner and Michele Reiner’s Brentwood mansion at around 3:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Rob Reiner, the son of legendary actor and comedian Carl Reiner, rose to fame in the 1970s as a star on the sitcom All in the Family. Other acting credits include 1993’s Sleepless in Seattle, 1998’s Primary Colors, and 2013’s The Wolf of Wall Street.

However, Reiner was perhaps best known for his filmmaking. He began directing in the 1980s and went on to direct classics such as The Princess Bride, This is Spinal Tap, and When Harry Met Sally. In 1993, he earned an Academy Award nomination for A Few Good Men in the Best Picture category.

The Screen Actors Guild, which represents thousands of actors, journalists, and performers, paid tribute to Rob Reiner on Sunday.

“Rob Reiner is one of the most significant figures in the history of film and television. The impact he made on American culture simply can’t be overstated,” union president Sean Astin said in a statement, adding that “tributes will pour in and the impossibly long list of genre‑defining films and indelible performances will play in our minds and hearts.”

Share three children
Astin extended condolences to Rob and Michele Reiner’s families, friends, and colleagues.

“So many of Mr. Reiner’s films and performances made me think, made me emotional and especially they made me laugh really hard. That’s how I will remember him,” Astin concluded.

Michele Reiner began her career as a photographer. She later turned to acting and actually produced several of Rob’s films, including Spinal Tap II: The End Continues, which was released earlier this year.

Michele was nominated for an Emmy for the documentary Albert Brooks: Defending My Life, which she produced and Rob Reiner directed.

The couple tied the knot in 1989 and share three children, sons Jake and Nick, and daughter Romy. Rob Reiner was also previously married to Penny Marshall, from 1971 to 1981. He adopted Penny’s daughter, Tracy Reiner.
